My name is Dilshaad, BSc Physiotherapy (Hons) - physiotherapist and practice owner of Dilshaad Oosthuizen Physiotherapy. I graduated in 2018 from the University of Cape Town. In 2019 I completed one year of community service at Van Velden Hospital based in Tzaneen, Limpopo. I returned to Cape Town in 2020 where I received the opportunity to open up a practice in Grassy Park. I have been operating since then, continuously growing, learning and staying up to date with the latest research in order to provide a great service to the community. I have a keen interest and passion for pain and musculoskeletal conditions e.g. back and neck pain.
